I brought my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 to Blue Ribbon Chevrolet due to performance issues, specifically, it was shaking, making a loud noise, and showing three diagnostic trouble codes. After inspection, I was informed that the turbocharger needed to be replaced, which would cost $3,200. I approved the repair, after I was guaranteed that this would fix the problem. The service department completed the work, stating that the vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup. After paying, leaving the dealership, and driving the pickup for approximately 14 miles, the same problems returned. The pickup started shaking, making the same loud noise, and displaying the same exact codes. I brought the pickup back within an hour after picking it up, and this time they said the throttle body needed to be replaced. I believe the issue from the beginning was a faulty throttle body, not the turbocharger. I feel the dealership misdiagnosed the problem and performed an expensive and unnecessary repair. I am requesting a partial refund for being charged for a service that did not resolve the original issue. In addition to the misdiagnosis, I found the service department, specifically Barton Lewis, to be dishonest, rude, and unwilling to work toward a fair resolution. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and their communication throughout the process was dismissive and unprofessional. This experience has left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer. I am requesting that GM review this situation and assist in obtaining a partial refund for the misdiagnosed and unnecessary repairs. I am also asking that this dealership’s conduct be reviewed to ensure better accountability and customer service standards.

It was fine. Very disappointed at the cost to balance our tires. We didnt have that done due to the cost. Plus the price for the oil change went up. We want to use the dealership where we bought our vehicle but it may become impossible due to the cost

We dropped my wife’s car off at 7:30am for an 8:00am appointment scheduled a week in advance, and then I took her to work, and we didn’t hear anything from them all day so around 4:30 I told her call and see if her car was ready to which they responded nobody had time to look at it, I said what do you mean it’s been here all day? He said we had two technicians out and none of the others had time to look at it, so I said her car was the first appointment of the day so how does that work do you just pick and choose which cars you want to look at, or do you go by appointments? He said we had two technicians out today and nobody had time to look at her car! So apparently if the technicians don’t work the phones don’t neither they didn’t notify us of any issues, or offer to make her another appointment. We she called they told her if she didn’t get there before 5:00 her car would be locked in. Just terrible customer service as well!

Everything went smoothly and everyone was very helpful

When we originally made the appointment to repair a faulty signal light, we were given a date for the repair by a receptionist. But apparently, that information wasn't given to the service department. Because when we arrived, the part wasn't in stock. This caused us to drive 80 miles round trip for nothing. Another appointment was made, & this time, the part was ordered & replaced.

Took me right in to sign in and was finished within 30 minutes. I was pleased about that.

This dealership is excellent!! They always take very good care of me..I've been going there for years.. only there!! They always are so nice and accommodating!! Very trustworthy and so friendly!! The waiting area is so spotless you could eat off the floor.. and restroom is very clean to!! I am an elderly widow of a 100% DAV Vietnam Veteran and live way out in the country so I have to be able to depend on my car.. they take care of me like I was their "Mother",,I really appreciated being able to have so much confidence in their work!! Vehicle was delivered for an oil change and check engine light. Parts had to be ordered. Once dropped off I was never contacted by service advisor. Any updates to unit had to be initiated by myself to check the status. At the conclusion of the repair another electronic part was damaged during the program process. More parts had to be ordered. The unit left and still had an oil leak. It wa brought back in on a wrecker. At the conclusion of the repair no paperwork was provided nor any explanation of what it took to fix the problem. As of the time of this survey I still do not know what repairs were made.

When I called to tell them the issue with my vehicle, they scheduled me an appointment quickly.
